About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through market research, online platforms, and databases
- Generate leads via cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media outreach
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions or services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Prepare business proposals, sales reports, and market feedback
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain the CRM database
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus
