About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through market research, online platforms, and databases
  • Generate leads via cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media outreach
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions or services
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Prepare business proposals, sales reports, and market feedback
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Follow up regularly with leads and maintain the CRM database

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus
