Business Development Executive – Intern

Location: Remote / Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our sales and marketing efforts. As a BDE Intern, you’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, assisting in client communication, and contributing to business growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads through online research, social media, and databases
  • Reach out to prospects via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the senior sales team
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and client reports
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and contact information
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation with campaigns
  • Research industry trends and competitor activity
  • Follow up with leads and maintain communication logs

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of business development or sales processes
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or CRM tools (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
