Human Resources (HR) Intern

Location: Remote / Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: Unpaid
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day tasks and long-term projects. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for various job roles
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Help in onboarding new hires and documentation processes
  • Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee files
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, reports, and presentations
  • Participate in performance review coordination and exit formalities
  • Stay updated with labor laws and HR best practices

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
