About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day tasks and long-term projects. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for various job roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Help in onboarding new hires and documentation processes
- Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee files
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Assist in drafting HR policies, reports, and presentations
- Participate in performance review coordination and exit formalities
- Stay updated with labor laws and HR best practices
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
