About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Calling Intern to join our sales team. You will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and converting prospects into sales opportunities through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Introduce company products/services and explain benefits
- Identify potential leads and qualify their interest
- Follow up on previous interactions and nurture leads
- Maintain a call log and update CRM with lead status
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions
- Handle objections professionally and close on qualified prospects
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field (preferably marketing or business)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with outbound sales calls and customer interaction
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (optional)
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and goal-oriented
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferred, not mandatory)
