Telecalling / Calling Executive – Intern

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller Intern to assist with outbound calls, customer follow-ups, and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in sales, customer service, or business development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads
  • Explain products/services and generate interest
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain communication logs
  • Update call records and CRM tools regularly
  • Route qualified leads to the sales team for further development
  • Handle basic questions and escalate complex queries to seniors
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone with customers
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field
  • Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or telecalling (preferred, not mandatory)
