About the Role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller Intern to assist with outbound calls, customer follow-ups, and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in sales, customer service, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads
- Explain products/services and generate interest
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain communication logs
- Update call records and CRM tools regularly
- Route qualified leads to the sales team for further development
- Handle basic questions and escalate complex queries to seniors
- Maintain a positive and professional tone with customers
- Meet daily and weekly call targets
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service or telecalling (preferred, not mandatory)
